Arbor Vitae Holistic Medical Center is an integrative primary care and functional medicine practice in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Shawnie Perkins, MSPA, PA-C; Camden Messier, FNP-C and the team provide holistic, integrative medical care.

The focus at Arbor Vitae Holistic Medical Center is to offer direct primary care for individuals and families as well as to provide functional medicine to help patients uncover root causes and resolve complex and chronic health issues. 

On our primary care side, Mrs. Messier oversees the general health of infants, children, teens, and adults. She provides compassionate, personalized care for each individual and family, focusing on wellness and prevention.  

On our functional medicine side, Mrs. Perkins works with adults as well as children ages 10 and up to address chronic health issues such as fatigue, pain, brain fog, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune issues, digestive disorders, Lyme disease and mold illness.

Arbor Vitae Holistic Medical Center offers innovative therapies, including hyperbaric oxygen therapy for health and healing, frequency-specific microcurrent (FSM), and  RST Sanexas neoGEN® machine for chronic pain. We also offer onsite phlebotomy and offer home visits for infants (and adults as necessary).

To provide the type of care patients deserve, Arbor Vitae Holistic Medical Center does not accept insurance and is considered out of network. This allows us to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, longer visits, and little to no wait time.
